Terms and Conditions
1. General Agreement
By scheduling an appointment with Inspired Auto Detailing, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), the customer (“you”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
2. Appointment Scheduling and Confirmation
2.1. Appointment Requests Appointments must be requested via our website, phone, or other authorized methods. Appointment requests are subject to approval, and we reserve the right to decline services at our sole discretion. Common reasons for declining or deferring appointments include but are not limited to travel distance, vehicle accessibility, or inadequate space to provide services. We are not obligated to disclose reasons for declining services, and our decision is final.
2.2. Service Area Inspired Auto Detailing, LLC provides services exclusively within Northwest Austin, TX, and surrounding suburbs. Requests outside this area may be declined.
2.3. Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or emergencies, with reasonable notice provided to you. In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be applied to your account instead of issuing a refund.
2.4. Customer Cancellation Notice Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $75.
2.5. Vehicle Availability The vehicle must be unlocked and available for the service at the scheduled appointment time. We allow a 15-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. Failure to make the vehicle available within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show, and a $75 fee will be charged.
3. Service Expectations
3.1. Quality of Service We strive to deliver high-quality service; however, certain stains, odors, and damages may not be fully removable.
3.2. Personal Belongings You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before the service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
3.3. Water Supply By scheduling an appointment, you agree to allow us to use your hose and water supply for the detailing service. If water will not be available at the service location, you must notify us when booking the appointment.
4. Liability and Damage
4.1. Pre-existing Damage While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Inspired Auto Detailing, LLC is not liable for pre-existing damages or wear and tear.
4.2. Reporting Issues Any claims regarding damages or dissatisfaction with the service must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion.
4.3. Indemnification You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Inspired Auto Detailing, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to the services provided.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. Service Pricing Pricing for services will be disclosed before the appointment and is subject to change based on the vehicle’s condition or additional requests. See the pricing sheet below for standard service packages and add-ons.
5.2. Payment Terms Full payment is due at the time of appointment booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
5.3. Late Payments Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as permitted by Texas law.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. Refund Policy Refunds will not be provided for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
6.2. No-show Policy If you fail to appear for an appointment without notice, a no-show fee of $75 will be charged.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
7.1. Use of Personal Information We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will only be used for scheduling, payment, and service-related purposes.
7.2. Third-party Sharing Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
11. Acceptance
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
